Now getting a toddler to sit still and have their teeth checked over is no easy task and therefore it is encouraged that their parents / guardians and siblings also have their regular check ups at the same so as to provide encouragement and guidance whilst of course receiving the same excellent care.

Another potential measure that can be taken to protect the tooth is that of the tooth coloured fissure sealants. The resin can be bonded to the natural tooth creating a smoother tooth which is less likely to suffer from plaque build up in the gaps.
