The Invisalign system

The Invisalign system is a virtually invisible treatment that uses an innovative approach to straighten teeth. Invisalign treatment uses a series of custom-made removable aligners with unique SmartForce and SmartTrack technology that gradually moves your teeth to the ideal position. This may be a great alternative if you are looking to improve your smile but are not interested in wearing traditional metal braces.

Here is an overview of how they work

Computer software is used to fabricate customised aligners to fit over your teeth.
Typically, you would wear the aligner most of the day and night, only taking it out to eat and clean your teeth.
An aligner moves the teeth a little toward the desired result.
There is a series of aligners that you change every 1 to 2 weeks with each aligner moving you closer to your new smile.
The total length of treatment time varies for each patient but we can let you know the total treatment time for you specifically through computer modelling before we even start.
We will review your progress every 6 to 8 weeks until your new smile has been achieved.
